Description

You will design and implement complex automation workflows across hybrid environments, including Windows, Linux, and mainframe platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows using dependencies, retrievals, conditions, and branching logic.
• Install and configure Rocket Enterprise Orchestrator components, including control servers and agents.
• Automate job execution and workflow control using REST APIs and custom scripts.
• Integrate orchestration workloads with DevOps pipelines, ITSM tools, and cloud platforms.
• Implement security protocols via RBAC, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL/TLS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise workload automation platforms like Rocket Enterprise Orchestrator.
• Proficiency in scripting with Shell, PowerShell, Python, or REXX.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs for job triggering and workflow control.
• Experience integrating with Jenkins, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of security practices including LDAP, Active Directory, RBAC, and SSL/TLS.
• Ability to orchestrate workloads across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Rocket Zeke, Rocket Zena, and z/OS workloads.
• Familiarity with mainframe batch processes and legacy system integration.
