Description

You will implement, configure, and optimize Rocket Zena to meet enterprise automation needs across hybrid and distributed IT environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable automation workflows, job streams, and multi-platform dependencies.
• Install and configure Zena components, including agents and servers, across distributed environments.
• Integrate automation tools with databases, ERP systems like SAP, cloud services, and DevOps pipelines.
• Manage job execution and resource allocation across Windows, UNIX/Linux, IBM i, and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot system health using dashboards and optimize scheduling logic for throughput and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or automation engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with workload automation tools, specifically Rocket Zena or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting with Shell, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience managing jobs across Windows, UNIX/Linux, IBM i, and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of job scheduling, including dependencies, triggers, calendars, and resource management.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Hands-on knowledge of RBAC and secure configuration practices.
• Strong documentation skills for creating configuration guides and workflow diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
