Lead business analysis for large-scale cyber security projects to meet regulatory obligations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the business analysis approach and strategy for assigned cyber project deliveries.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including process maps, data flow diagrams, use cases, and customer journey mapping.
• Facilitate business workshops using gap analysis, requirements gathering, and validation techniques.
• Manage requirements traceability across the full project lifecycle to ensure alignment between business customers and solution providers.
• Translate complex cyber security requirements into actionable insights for technical teams and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to draft detailed project appraisal documents covering objectives, scope, risks, and benefits.
• Experience developing discovery phase artefacts such as requirement specifications and risk assessments.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong proficiency in requirements articulation and management using BA best practice tools.
• Background in IT Risk Management or IT Risk and Security Management.
• Capability to manage complex documentation and maintain rigorous process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Substantial experience working on cyber security related projects and initiatives.
• Experience working within a regulated industry or managing compliance frameworks.
