Description

You will own the security engineering functions related to Identity and Access Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remediate non-compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding system access.
• Develop and enforce Identity and Access Management policies and procedures.
• Oversee account lifecycle and privilege management processes for organizational security.
• Influence IT IAM strategy, lead teams, and drive organizational change.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Identity & Access Management implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Experience implementing and supporting Identity Management and Provisioning Identity Workflows.
• Proficiency in Java programming, Web Services, and API development.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Experience with configurations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors.
