Description

You will own the security lifecycle for critical HR and Payroll systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities across systems.
• Ensure required security controls are implemented for all system components.
• Review functional and technical changes to validate security requirements.
• Participate in compliance audits and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure secure design and implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst supporting HR/Payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM security analysis and integrations.
• Strong expertise with MuleSoft in a cybersecurity context, including Batch processing, API integrations, and Connector usage.
• AWS Cloud security experience.
• Current, hands-on experience with Pathlock integration.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and document security risks and threats.
• Ability to ensure correct security controls, policies, and procedures are implemented.
• Strong communication skills to work with IT teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in complex enterprise environment integrations.
