Description

Responsibilities include:

Monitor and triage cybersecurity alerts within the Product Security Operations Center (PSOC) to identify and respond to security threats affecting connected vehicles and cloud environments.

Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, remediation, recovery, and closure of security events.

Analyze cloud, API, and vehicle telemetry data to detect suspicious activity and assist in security investigations.

Collaborate with global PSOC teams, Cyber Incident Response Teams (CIRT), Product Development, and Enterprise IT to coordinate effective response actions.

Maintain and follow security runbooks, playbooks, and escalation procedures while ensuring accurate incident documentation and communication.

Identify opportunities to improve detection capabilities, monitoring processes, response workflows, and overall operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, or a related technical field.

Hands-on experience with API security, security monitoring, incident investigation, and cloud security operations within platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to embedded systems, vehicle cybersecurity, or automotive security environments, with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn connected vehicle technologies
