Description

You will own the administration, configuration, and support of CyberArk privileged access management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage CyberArk components, integrating with LDAP, SIEM, SNMP, and SAML authentication systems.
• Develop CPM Plugins and Custom PSM Connectors using PowerShell and AutoIt scripts to meet specific client requirements.
• Configure load-balanced PVWA and PSM instances, and deploy patches across all hosted systems in accordance with CyberArk Security Bulletins.
• Provide third-level support for CyberArk Services, resolving complex issues related to Vault, PSM, PVWA, CPM, and Disaster Recovery password operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define platforms, safes, password policies, Master policy settings, and recording safes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk administration.
• Proficiency in configuring authentication methods including LDAP, SIEM, SNMP, and SAML.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Azure AD SSO for SAML Authentication.
• Proficiency in developing custom solutions using PowerShell and AutoIt scripting.
• Knowledge of configuring load-balanced components, specifically PVWA and PSM.
• Experience performing CyberArk environment upgrade activities.
