Description

You will lead security operations and drive risk mitigation across enterprise and industrial environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response across enterprise and industrial environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for IT, OT, and IoT/robotic systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS frameworks.
• Investigate security incidents and lead root cause analysis and remediation efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong experience securing enterprise networks, cloud environments, and endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience with OT security, ICS/SCADA, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security, identity and access management, encryption, and secure architecture.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Excellent incident response and threat hunting experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, or similar.
