Description

You will develop and maintain IT User Experience dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace to provide a unified view of real user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT User Experience dashboards in Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Integrate Dynatrace input with log files from web applications, backends, and infrastructure.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboard functionality and data integration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in dashboard development and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in Splunk for dashboard and report creation.
• Hands-on experience in Dynatrace monitoring and performance management.
• Proficiency in Splunk SPL, Dynatrace Grail, and DQL.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation for enhanced dashboard functionality.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
