Description

Architect and lead the development of a scalable Data & AI platform integrating Databricks, SAP, and Denodo.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Data & AI platform, integrating Databricks, SAP (Datasphere/S/4), and Denodo into a governed ecosystem.
• Build complex data pipelines, feature stores, and API-driven integrations to support enterprise analytics.
• Design and implement production-grade MLOps pipelines with versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Establish standards for ingestion, transformation, and governance-as-code controls.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or data architecture.
• Advanced expertise in Python and SQL.
• Significant experience with Apache Spark and modern Lakehouse architectures.
• Proven experience building MLOps pipelines and internal platform services like feature stores.
• Strong understanding of API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with secure service-to-service communication and RBAC security.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams within a scaled Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere or S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with Denodo virtualization.
