You will translate business needs into technical data requirements, ensuring data quality and supporting integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and data mapping documentation.
• Conduct data quality assessments and perform root cause analysis on inconsistencies.
• Support data migration and integration projects alongside data architects.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or data mapper.
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix CLI, and Excel.
• Proven success in Agile product delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
• Experience applying design thinking to user-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience.
• Familiarity with Dataiku, Tableau, and Snowflake.
