Description

Senior Data Analyst responsible for complex statistical, financial, and operational analysis to support management decision-making in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle databases using SQL and identify, compile, and clean data for research projects.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau to analyze trends within complex datasets.
• Oversee evaluation and research projects, including managing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Communicate evaluation plans and research findings to leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database environments.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of programming or data movement including XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks.
• Ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information with high accuracy.
• Strong skills in query writing, report generation, and presenting findings.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting packages such as Business Objects.
• 2+ years of experience in the Criminal Justice field or Data Management.
