You perform complex statistical, financial, and operational data analysis to support management decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle Database using SQL.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to identify trends.
• Compile, clean, and organize data for research projects and business issues.
• Develop data visualization dashboards and provide ongoing reports.
• Summarize and explain research findings and their implications to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• SQL proficiency for data extraction and query writing.
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Proficiency in developing data visualization dashboards with Tableau.
• Ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong analytical skills to organize and disseminate large amounts of information.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Data Management or Analysis.
• Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders on business issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Objects or other reporting packages.
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field.
