You will own the end-to-end analytics process to drive product innovation and business growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define key post-purchase metrics across Engagement, Completion, and Experience domains.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards for B2B and B2C stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Execute complete ownership of tasks from requirement gathering to building scalable solutions.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and perform data wrangling to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in analytics within a product organization.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with relational databases.
• Extensive hands-on experience in data visualization using Tableau.
• Experience with data wrangling and aggregation using Python or R.
• Bachelor's degree from a Tier I institute.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
