Description

Lead data mapping and validation between the Enterprise Data Warehouse and SAP finance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of EDW to SAP data mapping documentation.
• Collaborate with business leads to gather and clarify financial data transformation and reporting requirements.
• Execute data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Write and execute test strategies covering unit, functional integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Partner with data engineers and architects to define and verify transformation rules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis with enterprise data systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and data reconciliation techniques.
• Functional knowledge of SAP finance modules (GL, AP/AR, FA, CO).
• Experience with data mapping, data dictionaries, and transformation logic documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven ability to write and execute functional integration test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Finance Accounting Transformation or data migration projects.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms including Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience supporting financial reconciliation, audit readiness, or compliance-driven initiatives.
