Description

You will lead data analysis, mapping, and testing for a complex SAP R/3 to S/4HANA finance migration, ensuring data mart accuracy and business alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of EDW data mapping documentation between the EDW and Finance systems.
• Collaborate with business and functional leads to gather and clarify financial data transformation and reporting requirements.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data readiness.
• Write and execute test strategies, including Unit testing, Functional integration testing, and User acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to SteerCo reporting by providing data readiness updates, issue status, and impact summaries.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within finance or enterprise data systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP, including functional knowledge of finance modules (GL, AP/AR, FA, CO).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with data mapping, data dictionaries, and transformation logic documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test plans, including functional integration testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with SAP R/3 to S/4HANA finance migration and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work onsite with business stakeholders.
• Experience with data readiness assessments and impact analysis.
