Description

You will perform deep data analysis, ensure data quality across enterprise systems, and drive issue resolution for delivery teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep data analysis using Power Pivot, Adobe Analytics, Business Objects, and Tableau.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, including definition and format discrepancies, across platforms.
• Assess releases and hot fixes to inform Go/No-Go decisions for delivery teams.
• Manage defects using Jira and iTrack, driving issue resolution to completion.
• Document and evaluate data test cases in collaboration with Development and QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting and cross-referencing data from warehouses.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Web Analytics implementations and diagnosing instrumentation issues.
• Hands-on experience debugging web and mobile traffic using browser developer tools.
• Familiarity with web redirect/rewrite rules and traffic analysis using proxy tools (e.g., Charles, Fiddler).
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Working knowledge of writing Data Specifications and Data Design Documentation.
• Understanding of client-server architecture for web and native applications.
• Knowledge of data formats including APIs, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
