Manage data analysis and visualization for digital referral and order performance tracking.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish performance dashboards measuring quality indicators using OceanMD Analytics and process measures.
• Write complex data extraction and transformation scripts, including linkages, to prepare large datasets.
• Analyze referral patterns between healthcare providers to inform implementation strategies.
• Translate complex analysis into charts, tables, and infographics for team members, providers, and the public.
• Document standard operating procedures and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent experience in data analysis or equivalent education and training.
• Advanced or expert proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Extensive experience manipulating and compiling large databases and health administrative datasets.
• Proven ability to work with data warehouses and complex data extraction processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SPSS.
• Experience developing scorecards, dashboards, and regular analytical reporting products.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within BC Health Authorities or the broader health sector.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
