You manage end-to-end data processes and drive impact assessments during critical incidents. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical solutions to identify, consolidate, and manage client impact data during active incidents.
• Design and document end-to-end processes for managing data flows during incident management cycles.
• Extract, structure, and aggregate data from multiple applications to support stakeholder requirements.
• Build manual reporting and support structures to assess data impacts on the fly.
• Provide 24/5 availability and weekend support during incident execution periods.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 10 years within financial institutions.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in data and reporting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and structuring.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including ETL, pivot tables, and writing macros to automate data retrieval.
• Subject matter expertise in Alteryx for data processing.
• Proficiency in Python for data tasks.
• Experience with PowerBI for reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Wholesale Operations and Enterprise Resiliency.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with wires or payment systems.
• Tableau proficiency.
• Consulting background with experience articulating problems and providing recommendations.
