You will drive product and business strategy through data insights, focusing on pricing, acquisition, and retention.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business leaders to define the analytics roadmap and deliver projects.
• Design and execute A/B tests to measure business impact and foster experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Work with data engineers to improve the data stack, governance practices, and analysis quality.
• Deliver actionable insights and narratives to influence C-level decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for deriving insights.
• Experience building Looker dashboards in BI tools.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
