Description

You will lead the design, integration, and optimization of data solutions across the loyalty platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from product, marketing, and CRM teams into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures for customer profiles, transactional history, and engagement metrics.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for loyalty ecosystems.
• Define data integration strategies between loyalty platforms, CRM, POS, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Document system flows, data mappings, and interface specifications for loyalty system integrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on customer loyalty systems or CRM platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift.
• Deep understanding of loyalty business processes including point accrual/redemption, member tiers, and breakage analysis.
• Experience with data modeling tools like ER/Studio, Lucidchart, dbt, or ERwin.
• Knowledge of API integrations, event-based data pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise loyalty platforms such as Salesforce Loyalty, Oracle Loyalty Cloud, Comarch, SessionM, Annex Cloud, or Kobie.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data orchestration tools including Airbyte, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or Talend.
• Exposure to customer journey analytics and personalization strategies.
