You design, build, and maintain scalable reports and complex metrics to drive value-driven data insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test stable data artifacts, requirements, and reports to transform data into actionable information.
• Trace data through multiple system hops to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex mapping issues.
• Ensure data integrity across dashboards and develop procedures to improve accuracy from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business partners and application delivery teams to align data insights with strategic priorities.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on data design, management concepts, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in data analytics or reporting.
• Expertise in data mapping, including complex values and formulas for annual statements.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to perform system mapping and technical data tracing.
• Experience applying probability, statistics, modeling, averages, and variances to practical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
