Lead complex analytical projects and independent analyses to support the healthcare value portfolio. Translate technical results into actionable answers for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, standardize, and clean large, complex datasets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with organizational architectural standards.
• Design, code, test, and support application software within the full systems life cycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in advanced data analytics.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL functions.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and mining, including DataMart design, fact/dimension tables, and star or snowflake schemas.
• Ability to recognize data patterns and quantify potential issues.
• Strong knowledge of database development, testing, and integration methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Healthcare IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with big data tools including Hadoop and Spark.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or other scripting languages.
