Lead data management and governance initiatives to drive strategic business decisions through deep analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis for specific projects and ongoing data quality initiatives.
• Create datasets from disparate sources to support data management processes.
• Perform data mining on large datasets to improve data management quality.
• Consult with stakeholders to document business requirements and present interpreted reports for planning.
• Develop business solutions by researching and analyzing data trends.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst focusing on data management or data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases and structures.
• Experience with data management, data cataloging, and data quality.
• Ability to implement data management lifecycle toolsets.
• Experience implementing master data or reference data programs.
• Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or SAFe.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and software such as SAS, SPSS, or R.
