Lead AI/ML and GenAI initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes through advanced analytics and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead AI/ML and GenAI use cases that drive measurable business improvements.
• Apply advanced NLP and GenAI techniques to analyze structured and unstructured data for automation.
• Design, prototype, and implement customer-facing GenAI solutions, including RAG systems.
• Establish AI best practices, data governance, and ethical AI principles.
• Translate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations for business and product leaders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics, focusing on CX or Operational Analytics.
• High proficiency in Python, NLP, and GenAI prototyping (prompt engineering, RAG architecture).
• Experience with big data technologies: Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, and cloud-based data processing.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end advanced analytics projects from conception to production.
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle, including modeling, MLOps, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
