Description

Lead ETL validation and regression testing across cloud and on-premise data environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and comprehensive test cases for ETL validation, regression, and UAT.
• Execute manual and automated testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Transform complex business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries to validate data against source systems.
• Identify, document, and report defects while performing root cause analysis to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on ETL and Analytics Reporting.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data verification in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, AWS Athena, and Redshift.
• Strong experience using SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle Developer for data migration testing.
• Experience managing defects and test lifecycles using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Proven ability to design test scenarios for data validation and regression testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Familiarity with Web Service API testing.
