Description

You will lead technical implementation and data strategy for web analytics and performance tracking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret website data using Google Analytics to drive optimization.
• Configure, set up, and edit tag configurations within Google Tag Manager.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track website performance metrics.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve user experience and site performance.
• Provide strategic inputs and technical recommendations for website optimization projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in Google Data Analytics and data visualization using Tableau or Data Studio.
• Experience designing and executing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience leading projects and managing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical delivery.
