Description

Manage Analytics and BI solutions for service contracts and planning, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple analytics solutions across various technologies within the team scope.
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and provide insights for decision-making.
• Handle data and reports to track and analyze service agreements and customer service plans.
• Manage global stakeholders across different countries and time zones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics projects.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Ability to perform data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex ideas across cultural and language barriers.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools for distributed teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Azure Databricks.
