Description

You will lead reporting and dashboarding for GTM Finance, providing visibility into performance metrics across Sales, Global Operations, and Strategic Partnerships.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Finance reporting and dashboarding to track key performance metrics across the organization.
• Analyze sales productivity, pipeline trends, win rates, and revenue tracking to support forecasting and sales target alignment.
• Automate processes and optimize dashboards to drive operational efficiency within the GTM Finance team.
• Partner with GTM and Finance teams to identify business drivers, growth opportunities, and data accuracy improvements.
• Develop Deal Desk activity metrics and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership through data storytelling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and GTM metrics reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan.
• Python expertise.
