You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows to define functional requirements.
• Document detailed system requirements for solution delivery.
• Validate data consistency across multiple enterprise systems supporting CLM initiatives.
• Bridge communication gaps between business units and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, reconciliation, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CLM initiatives.
