Description

Lead data environment assessments to define financial dashboarding needs and drive implementation roadmaps. This role bridges IT and business stakeholders to deliver actionable Tableau reporting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of current client data and reporting dashboards to define functional requirements.
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards aligned with stakeholder needs and system architecture.
• Manage requirements through the full SDLC and Data Management and Reporting Development Life Cycle.
• Translate business processes into technical data requirements for IT staff and business teams.
• Present assessment results and implementation plans to executive leadership to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in senior-level business, data, and report development using Tableau.
• 8+ years conducting data assessments and defining improvement alternatives for financial dashboarding.
• 8+ years acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
• 8+ years writing business and data requirements, including system architecture designs and implementation plans.
• 5+ years facilitating day-to-day activities to produce reporting deliverables for customer teams.
• 5+ years providing status reports and strategic feedback to C-level stakeholders.
• 5+ years establishing and documenting reporting system policies, processes, and procedures.
• Strong proficiency in SDLC and Data Management and Reporting Development Life Cycle methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within the Public Sector.
• Tableau Certification.
