You analyze data and manage projects to deliver ROI insights and sponsorship valuations for advertising clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey data and market trends to forecast emerging behaviors and demographics for brands.
• Create detailed ROI reports and dashboards demonstrating the monetary value of sponsorships.
• Manage complex client projects, defining scope, performing cost calculations, and conducting feasibility checks.
• Drive automation of standardized business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement AI workflows and utilize prompt engineering to enhance data processing.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience with R, VBA, and statistical modeling.
• Deep knowledge of media and sponsorship within the advertising industry.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI and automation, including prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience with SPSS, Google Sheets, or VB Script.
• Familiarity with project planning tools like ROSCO or Monday.com.
