Description

You will analyze large datasets and business metrics to evaluate hypotheses and drive performance. You own the design and development of data marts and self-service BI tools, including cubes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, clean, and aggregate data from various sources to support analytical studies.
• Manipulate and link disparate datasets to produce clear, actionable findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven remedies and preventative measures.
• Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as DBT, Pentaho, or Airflow.
• Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data cleansing, enrichment, and quality assurance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, or Mathematics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Superset.
