Description

Lead data management initiatives and manage a technical team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish formal data management processes across the organization.
• Manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
• Oversee data quality, integration, and management workflows.
• Maintain strong relationships with external clients through consulting and account management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional business analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Pentaho.
• Proven track record in data management and data quality.
• Experience managing data integrations.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting industry experience working with external clients.
• Experience in relationship management and account management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
