Description

Act as the technical liaison between IT and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and data requirements through structured gathering sessions.
• Design, build, and manage reporting dashboards and operational support processes using Tableau.
• Conduct assessments of client data and evaluate dashboard development methodologies.
• Present status reports, strategic options, and technical feedback to upper management and C-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate day-to-day activities to ensure reporting deliverables meet stakeholder needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business, data, and report development specifically with Tableau.
• 7+ years of experience conducting client data assessments and developing reporting methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience acting as a liaison between IT and business units.
• 5+ years of experience developing and documenting requirements via planned gathering sessions.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating stakeholder activities to produce reporting deliverables.
• 5+ years of experience presenting technical status and feedback to C-level executives.
• Thorough knowledge of System Architecture Designs, System Designs, Implementations, and Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau experience within the Public Sector.
• Tableau Certification.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial modules.
