Description

Drive data management and analysis within a Master Data Management (MDM) framework, managing relationships across upstream and downstream Single-Family departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and assess the impact of supplier or consumer changes on MDM processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, developing materials, and tracking action items.
• Lead and prioritize multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the value of MDM solutions and align with IT business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, change management, reporting, or Data Management projects.
• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience working with JSON and XML data structures.
• Strong ability to understand IT business processes and management objectives.
• Proven analytical and communication skills for interacting with Business and IT partners at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using various project and product development methodologies.
