Description

You will lead data analysis efforts to support the design and delivery of digital solutions for enterprise customer identifiers and data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions and user stories.
• Conduct data profiling and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Deliver and optimize high-value BI reports using Power BI.
• Perform hands-on data wrangling using SQL or Python to derive insights.
• Break down complex initiatives into manageable work elements using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering (or Master’s degree with 3+ years).
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and wrangling.
• Experience developing BI solutions, specifically with Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience defining and validating data requirements and models.
• Familiarity with agile practices and tools such as Jira or Jira Align.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity matching platforms and entity resolution techniques.
• Exposure to Snowflake, enterprise data lakes, or Operational Data Stores.
• Knowledge of referential matching methodologies.
