Responsibilities

• Initiate cross-functional analyses and present findings and recommendations to the organization.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data challenges within existing BI solutions and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members on data analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with BI teams to synthesize enterprise data and ensure high-quality reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in data analysis.
• Expert-level SQL skills for daily data manipulation and querying.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehouses.
• Deep knowledge of data models, including normalized and dimensional modeling.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Proven ability to apply critical thinking to solve practical and emergent business problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
