You will bridge the gap between business practitioners and technology teams during a middle office systems transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, including user stories and solution designs.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and root causes.
• Develop SQL queries, perform data mapping, and build conceptual data models.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and ensure SDLC compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing investment platforms such as Calypso.
• Knowledge of banking or capital markets reference data systems.
• Experience working on medium-to-large scale projects in globally distributed environments.
• Familiarity with SWIFT architectural design.
