Description

You will translate business needs into technical data specifications and own the end-to-end analysis lifecycle. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed technical specifications and data mapping requirements.
• Analyze business processes and requirements for data-centric projects to ensure alignment with technical capabilities.
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into precise data requirements.
• Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with data providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support project phases from analysis and design through testing and implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in financial industry technology.
• Deep knowledge of financial services data and domain-specific metrics.
• Strong SQL query skills and proficiency with relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling and data mapping specifications.
• Practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, profiling, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to define business requirements clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Agile project delivery.
