Description

You will lead a data modeling and warehousing team to design and develop the corporate information bank.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small to medium-sized team, including recruiting, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews.
• Lead the design and development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Coordinate logical database design to promote data sharing and reduce redundancy across host-based, client-server, and web environments.
• Identify and analyze corporate-wide information flows and interfaces to develop relational database designs.
• Establish and maintain standards for defining, naming, and creating data elements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, or data mining.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with Jira and Quantexa.
• Expertise in data mapping, analytics, and writing user stories.
• Proven ability in data entity analysis and logical database design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to present at meetings.
