You will manage and improve enterprise data infrastructure to support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise data infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement ETL workflows and automated data pipelines for internal and third-party data ingestion.
• Improve data quality and trust through data pact creation, validation, and monitoring.
• Reverse engineer legacy systems to document and optimize data flows and architectural structures.
• Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong expertise with relational databases and data warehousing (RDBMS, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL-based data solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and building ETL pipelines.
• Ability to reverse engineer existing systems and document technical workflows.
• Understanding of system design principles for analytical and operational data systems.
• Experience with data quality frameworks and third-party data integration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Experience supporting data for customer intelligence, marketing automation, or sales enablement.
