Description

You will build data reports, maintain databases, and develop reporting solutions to solve complex business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and UI mockups using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Maintain and manage databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Present draft designs and reporting solutions to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot data issues and support reporting functionality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in reporting development.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014 or higher).
• 4+ years of experience optimizing code for performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop & Services, Tableau Professional Desktop, SSRS, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with SQL/T-SQL, DML/DDL statements, stored procedures, and complex T-SQL logic.
• Experience sourcing data from OLTP, SaaS, OLAP, and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and familiarity with Level 1 or Level 2 support processes.
• Exposure to Big Data, Marklogic, Talend, MDM, Databricks, Snowflake, or Data Factory.
