Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc and continuous deep-dive analyses on large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns and forecast trends.
• Define KPIs and establish measurement frameworks in collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and automate enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Present analytical findings as compelling data stories, including executive-level presentations to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development from ideation through launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SAP products and technologies.
• Proven ability to communicate analytical findings and influence stakeholders through data storytelling.
• Proficient written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high-priority projects.
