Description

You will own the full system development life cycle to deliver data-driven insights and production reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project planning, requirements analysis, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain production reports using SAS for large-volume databases.
• Extract, cleanse, and prepare data from various sources for data warehouse loading.
• Analyze paid and denied claims data, including diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Design multi-dimensional data models and support analytic queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst-programmer across the full SDLC.
• 5+ years of experience using SAS for statistical reporting and large-volume databases.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end data warehouse processing and ETL.
• Experience working with healthcare claims data and HIPAA-compliant standards.
• Experience with Medicaid, SSA, or other welfare programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
• Strong oral communication skills for stakeholder training and presentations.
