Description

You will extract, integrate, and analyze data across operational systems to identify financial leakage and optimize the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. You own the SQL-based data models, reconcile inconsistent datasets, and partner with Finance and Operations to translate insights into scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from ERP (Monarch), quoting (IQuote), and freight systems (FedEx/UPS).
• Build and optimize SQL data models to align quoting, production, and billing processes.
• Perform data matching and reconciliation using fuzzy logic to identify revenue slippage and inaccuracies.
• Analyze operational and sales data to uncover missed revenue opportunities and quantify financial leakage.
• Develop advanced analytics in Excel and Python to validate findings and eliminate manual workarounds.

Required Skills

• 7–15+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis.
• Advanced SQL expertise for complex data extraction and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with ERP systems and quoting/order management platforms.
• Proven ability to work with messy, inconsistent datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and downstream financial impacts.
• Experience identifying and quantifying financial or operational leakage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise reporting, BI frameworks, and data governance.
• Familiarity with inflation billing impacts and custom packaging design processes.
