Description

You will drive the enhancement of data infrastructure and the optimization of ETL workflows to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise data infrastructure to ensure availability, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement automated ETL pipelines for internal and third-party data ingestion and transformation.
• Reverse engineer legacy systems to document and optimize data flows and architectures.
• Improve data quality and trust through validation, monitoring, and data pact creation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics units to deliver actionable insights from enriched datasets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and data warehousing (RDBMS, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL-based data solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and building ETL workflows and automated data pipelines.
• Proven ability to reverse engineer existing systems and document technical workflows.
• Solid understanding of system design principles for analytical and operational data systems.
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and integrating third-party data sources.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
• Experience supporting data for marketing automation, customer intelligence, or sales enablement.
