Description

You will own the data analysis lifecycle, transforming disparate structured and unstructured data into actionable business insights. You will design processes for data import, cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement statistical techniques to answer complex business questions and improve customer experience metrics.
  • Develop and maintain reports, graphs, and summaries to communicate analytic results to stakeholders.
  • Present findings to senior executives using data storytelling to frame business scenarios and drive decisions.
  • Consult on and implement process improvements for data relevance and presentation timeliness.

Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of experience in analytics, informatics, and statistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Experience in product marketing analytics or impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services, NLP, or Machine Learning.
