Description

Lead the migration of transactional data to an automated framework for a major financial institution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer transactional and analytical data structures.
• Manage data movement between production systems and multiple platforms.
• Provide expertise in data quality, metadata, and profiling.
• Coordinate work streams and influence technical decisions across organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with financial services clients.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with OLAP tools.
• 5+ years of experience with Snowflake or an equivalent data platform.
• Proficiency with UNIX platforms.
• Experience with Python for script development and management.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control.
• Ability to communicate data modeling and architecture strategies to cross-functional groups and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting data warehouse teams.
