You own the analytics function for product and business teams, driving decisions through rigorous experimentation and clear communication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and analyze complex business questions
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and causal inference studies
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Translate technical data findings into actionable business recommendations
• Present statistical results and insights to non-technical audiences

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Advanced SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation
• Strong Python skills for statistical analysis and scripting
• Hands-on experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau
• Deep knowledge of statistics, A/B testing methodologies, and causal inference
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly
